As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to contribute to sound business management and long-term planning.
Your impact
Reporting directly to the General Management, the CFO oversees all financial operations, including strategic planning, budget control, accounting supervision, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial performance optimization.
This strategic role requires both financial discipline and business insight and involves close collaboration with internal teams, financial partners, and external stakeholders.

Key responsabilities
- Define and implement the company’s financial strategy.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, investments, funding, and banking relationships.
- Supervise the finance and accounting team.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
- Guarantee compliance with local and international tax and regulatory obligations.
- Implement and track financial performance indicators (KPIs);
- Identify financial risks and develop effective internal control mechanisms.
- Actively participate in strategic business decisions.
- Maintain transparent and structured communication with financial partners.
Desired skills
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- CPA designation (strong asset);
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in manufacturing.
- Mastery of financial management tools and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards.
- Proven ability to lead a team and support change.
- Bilingual (French/English) required.
