Your contribution to the team :

Under the supervision of the Parts and Service Manager, the incumbent is responsible for processing customer orders for spare parts, ensuring that internal or external requests are made to process the requests received and seeing to the creation of purchase orders for installation work at the customer's premises.

What your day-to-day look like ? 

  • Ensure that orders are taken correctly with customers for spare parts and installation/maintenance/repair work, etc. 
  • Follow up on orders in progress
  • See to the management of documents related to parts sales (reports, data entry, etc.)
  • Ensure the accuracy of the work orders of the installation people
  • Confirm the amounts to be invoiced for service work
  • Perform invoicing of work
  • Produce work orders for installation work using the company's computer system
  • Provide assistance in scheduling installation and service team members
  • Follow up on the quality of the products delivered and the installation and maintenance services provided
  • Any other related tasks that may assist the parts and service department   

Are you the person we are looking for? 

  • DEC or AEC in supply management, logistics, administration or any other related field or equivalent experience 
  • Three (3) years of experience in a similar position
  • Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use ERP software
  • Bilingualism (written and spoken)
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and leadership skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage several files at once
  • Good analytical and judgmental skills
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness and multi-talented person
