Your impact
- Transport Coordination: Organize and track national and international shipments.
- Administrative Management: Handle quote requests, follow-ups, and all shipping-related documentation.
- Customs Compliance: Verify Harmonized System (HS) codes, estimate fees, and inform clients.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay current with tariffs, ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. regulations, draft disclaimers.
- Database & Special Projects: Maintain HS code database and contribute to a major standardization project.

Desired skills
- Degree or diploma in Transport Logistics or Operations Management (AEC or DEC).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable switching between operational tasks and regulatory compliance matters.
