Our Inline Vacuum Depanner is designed for optimal performance as its automated and continuous operation depans breads and buns/rolls on high-volume bakery production lines. Our three models, the IVD-24, IVD-36, IVD-42, (named after the width of the vacuum chamber) are specifically designed to facilitate operations, improve sanitation and reduce power consumption. Integrating these key innovative features to a critical process will provide tangible benefits to your operations.

Operator-friendly

Designed for efficiency, our equipment is offered fully menu-driven, preventing operators from making multiple manual adjustments. Menu-driven recipes control adjustments such as the required vacuum, vacuum chamber angle and height, product conveyor angle, air jets height and individual on/off (option), pan conveyor side guide (option) and delidder height (option).

Changing vacuum chamber belts is easy for the operator and can be completed in only a few minutes thanks to our quick-release mechanism.

Our IVD vacuum system is highly efficient yet minimizes the ambient noise level below 85 dB. The blower VFD adjusts the vacuum depending on the product. This configuration prevents the need for any type of mechanism within the vacuum chamber.

The vacuum head adjusts vertically, adapting to your product height variations.

A built-in protection mechanism prevents pans from damaging the product belt and ripping suction cups from the vacuum belt.

Panelling around the equipment contains crumbs and keeps airborne debris inside the enclosure and the removable debris bin. The blower exhaust is oriented under the equipment, minimizing air turbulence near residual debris.

Sanitary design

With its stainless-steel construction, the IVD was designed to maximize angled surfaces, reducing buildup. The oversized chute collects all debris in one single location and limits accumulation in your depanner. It is guiding dust, bread crumbs, seeds and toppings which are directed towards the removable debris bin.

Furthermore, the IVD was designed to make cleaning easier, which leads more productive time in your bakery.

Energy Efficient

Our Inline Vacuum Depanner is energy efficient. It boasts a proprietary propeller design combined with a VFD for the blower. The result? Energy savings for you.

Our “Standby mode” stops or slow down the blower during production gaps and helps minimize energy costs even further.

Finally, No air actuated movement of components.

Efficiency

Our Rexfab IVD requires no manual adjustments. Its recipe-driven adjustment feature ensures that our solution meets your needs. With the user-friendly HMI, your operator can select a recipe with no further manual adjustments. Production changeover is centralized and takes just seconds.

The IVD is a stand-alone unit with its own control panel, so you can easily integrate it into one of your bakery lines.

TURNING TURN OR L-TRANSFER

Exiting the oven, our turning turn and “L” transfer conveyors have been designed to accommodate different pan types and line speeds. They are both able to orient your pans lengthwise or widthwise when exiting the oven. Put simply, we’re able to accommodate your needs efficiently.
