PIC – PAN INVERTER-CLEANER – AN EFFICIENT SOLUTION FOR PAN CLEANING

Our Pan Inverter-Cleaner is very effective at removing sesame seeds and crumbs from your pans. Using gravity, it collects all leftover toppings in a removable bin, leaving your pans clean for the next production round.

The Pan Inverter-Cleaner is exceptionally efficient at cleaning bread and bun pans. First the pans edges are brushed with our specially design brush loosing cooked seeds and crumbs. Pans are then inverted upside-down, dropping loaves of bread and loose toppings into pans. A powerful sweeper then cleans what’s left in your pan cavities. Residues are then dropping into a residue bin.

Depending on your pan dimensions, the Pan Inverter-Cleaner can process up to 40 pans/minute. Cleaner pans mean better product quality control, longer pan life cycles between re-surfacing operations and lower operating costs.

Versatile

This equipment offers 3 features into 1 machine. It will clean your pans, invert them for upside-down storage and divert them to recirculation or storage.

Operator-friendly

Designed for efficiency, our equipment is fully menu-driven, preventing operators from makingmultiple manual adjustments. Menu-driven recipes control adjustments such as the air jets, vacuum chamber angle and height, product conveyor angle, delidder height and required vacuum.

Changing vacuum chamber belts is easy for the operator and can be completed in only a few minutes thanks to our quick-release mechanism.

Our IVD blower is highly efficient yet minimizes the ambient noise level. The blower VFD adjusts the vacuum depending on the product or the activity level. This configuration prevents the need for any type of mechanism within the vacuum chamber.

The vacuum head adjusts vertically, adapting to your product height variations.

A built-in protection mechanism prevents pans from damaging the product belt and ripping suction cups from the vacuum belt.

Our equipment design comes with a number of operator safety features. Panelling around the equipment contains crumbs and keeps airborne debris inside the enclosure and the removable debris bin. The blower exhaust is oriented under the equipment and into the exhaust, minimizing air turbulence near residual debris.

Sanitary design

With its stainless steel construction, the IVD was designed to maximize angled surfaces, reducing buildup and guiding dust, bread crumbs, seeds and toppings which are directed towards the removable debris bin.

Furthermore, the IVD debris bin was designed to make cleaning easier, which leads to better quality control and more productive time in your bakery. The oversized chute collects all debris in one single location and limits accumulation in your depanner.

Energy Efficient

Our Inline Vacuum Depanner is energy efficient. It boasts a proprietary propeller design combined with a VFD for the blower. The result? Energy savings for you.

Our “Standby mode” stops or slow down the blower during production gaps and helps minimize energy costs even further.

In addition, parts are not air-operated.

Efficiency

Our Rexfab IVD requires no manual adjustments. Its recipe-driven adjustment feature ensures that our solution meets your needs. With the user-friendly HMI, your operator can select a recipe with no further manual adjustments. Production changeover is centralized and takes just seconds.

The IVD is a stand-alone unit with its own control panel, so you can easily integrate it into one of your bakery lines.
